business management and consulting, he developed his “non-doctor” approach, using his background in psychology, communications, and systems consulting to support clinics, associations, and practitioners worldwide. Before founding OneChiropractic, Hoag served six years as Executive Director of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association. At OneChiropractic, he leads initiatives such as the Chiropractic Defense Council and

Operation Backbone. In 2022, he was named “Chiropractic Advocate of the Year” by Sherman College of Chiropractic for his leadership and dedication to the profession.
